FM Zarif meets with Senegalese President in Dakar

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has met with Senegal’s President Macky Sall in the African state’s capital of Dakar.
During the Thursday meeting, the two sides conferred on the most pressing issues in bilateral ties and the latest regional and international developments.
They also underlined the Iranian and Senegalese governments’ determination to expand reciprocal relations in all areas.
Zarif has held talks with President of Senegal’s National Assembly Moustapha Niasse in the Senegalese capital of Dakar.
During the Thursday meeting, the two sides conferred on development and deepening of bilateral relations, especially in the fields of economy and trade, parliamentary collaborations and people-to-people relations.
They also discussed regional and international issues and the need for the solidarity of the Muslim world.
